Yesterday's social camp meeting was super long and draggy till Lin and me gave up doing the minutes towards the end.things were like a spiral, moving and moving in circles.I only have this to say. A team must work well together in order for things to proceed and progress. Yes, I understand that amidst our interactions and the mounting pressures, it is inevitable that tensions and conflicts arise.It's human nature and part and parcel of social relationships. But what matters at the end of it all is that we we devote our all towards the project we are working on and pick up learning points from our experiences. I forsee alot of fun working in the special progs team with Lin, Wiwiek and Hidayat. It's going to be a challenge planning out the event, but I'm expecting loads of fun and hours of laughing with the gang.
