-Sex in the City-15.March.2007It was a session on dating, marriage and love and how Islam underpins such social processes in our lives. Interesting insights were shared during the session and there were definitely life lessons that we can all take home from the talk. I was paticularly impressed by the 2 female speakers whom I believed were the the source of envy by many of us as they represented the epitome of success in a woman's life. Well, at least for me. Who would'nt want to be successfully educated, happily married and be a blessed mother of lovely children? Insights of how Islam blends in with the modern context of life and yet remains to be the foundation of our life were clearly shared with us.Some picss of the organising comm:
